The Winter Webinar Series

Join Danielle Hulan, therapist and clinical social worker, and Haley McInnis, mindfulness instructor and yoga teacher, as we have a focused conversation about mental health and wellness, work through tools to soothe winter blues, and improve your sense of coping through this pandemic.

Danielle and Haley invite you to bring a journal, cozy blanket, and a cup of tea to the zoom screen for this 3-part winter wellness series. Our sessions will start with a guided meditation from Haley, lead into our session content with Danielle, and end with a brief Q&A.

In this final webinar of the series, we’ll explore the inner workings of our thoughts, and explore some fresh ideas for working with your (very human) mind. If you want to freshen up on tools for working with thoughts, and a good solid reminder that you are not alone in the challenges of anxiety, depression, SAD, or the hurdles of pandemic life, this session is for you.
